The online dues payment feature is a service provided through eRent Payer, an outside company that processes credit card payments through TOPS, the management company's software database provider.  This service is being offered as a courtesy to provide homeowners yet another method of paying their assessment, since credit cards are not accepted by Williamson Management, Inc. or your Association directly.  There is a nominal fee for this service, currently $9.95 charged per transaction by eRent Payer, payable when you process the payment online.  This fee is charged directly by eRent Payer, and is subject to change at any time at the discretion of eRent Payer.  Please be sure to read the Terms of Service before processing your online payment

Please be aware that Williamson Management, Inc. offers other options for payment of your assessments at no additional fee, including direct debit from your bank account on a monthly basis, acceptance of electronic payments through your online bill payment service or banking institution, and acceptance of checks and money orders using your coupon book through the payment lockbox.  Williamson Management does not accept credit cards, debit cards, or checks by phone.  Owners are responsible for ensuring that payments are received by the due date in order to avoid late penalties.
