WMI also offers a variety of services for smaller associations who need guidance, professional intervention and leadership, and direction. As part of our Consulting Division of WMI, smaller clients have access to all of our resources including, but not limited to, accounting, phone consultation, meeting coordination, annual election coordination, budgeting, project management, insurance, office support, rule enforcement, work order coordination, and legal/accounting liaison to name a few. WMI will tailor its services to meet the needs of every client with the intent on establishing a long-term relationship.
