Williamson currently provides management services for forty four Associations ranging in size from 28 to 344 units. Williamson's property managers are portfolio managers, who handle between 4 and 10 Associations on average, depending on size and workload. Williamson has been successful in limiting the number of properties handled by each manager in order to provide the maximum service to the client.  Furthermore, our Client Services & Maintenance Staff frequently travel to the properties to assist the managers in evaluating maintenance issues and concerns.
